Dr. Jamie Berning is a 2011 graduate from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She worked as a general practitioner for the first few years of her career before focusing on dentistry. Dr. Berning completed her dental residency in southeast Michigan and moved back to Columbus in 2017. She operated a mobile dental practice from 2017 until January 2021 when she opened a stand-alone specialty clinic, Veterinary Dentistry & Oral Surgery of Ohio. She is passionate about all aspects of dentistry and particularly enjoys endodontics, oral surgery, comparative dentistry, and diagnostic imaging using cone-beam CT. Dr. Berning enjoys teaching veterinarians, students, technicians, and staff and volunteers her time as a consultant for multiple zoological institutions.
