Brad is a Certified Veterinary Technician and a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager, which allows for an extensive understanding of all aspects of the veterinary profession and operations. He has been in the veterinary profession for over 35 years and truly found his calling coaching and helping staff, managers, and owners understand the delicate balance between a successful business and a healthy and happy team. Brad has experience with general, specialty/emergency, mixed and LA practices analyzing business operations, financials, and efficiencies. Brad appreciates the unique challenges of veterinary practices and loves sharing his experiences and knowledge to further enhance medical care and growth for each practice. He enjoys reviewing and discussing financials, efficiency, client communication, staff education, inventory, and building unique solutions for today’s veterinary practices. He challenges himself to inspire, motivate, help, challenge, and encourage people and businesses to get from where they are today to where they want to be tomorrow. In his free time, Brad enjoys financial coaching, rehabbing houses, woodworking, reading, scuba diving, and recreational sports.
